Mantenimiento mecánico preventivo y programado
Reparación y puesta a puesto de la maquinaria de producción en labores mecánicas.
Funciones principales
Reparar los elementos mecánicos de las máquinas averiadas, tanto en la línea como en el taller mecánico, sustituyendo los
materiales necesarios y/o reparando éstos, para su posterior utilización como repuestos.
Realizar las labores mecánicas en los mantenimientos preventivos y programados de las tres líneas.
Verificar medidas de piezas y elementos retirados o nuevos, así como del material reparado fuera del taller mecánico.
Ajustar máquinas y/o elementos.
Mantenimiento de los troqueles de las prensas
Mantenimiento de las cabezas entintadoras
Manejo maquina/herramienta del taller
Comprobar el stock en almacén.
Mantener limpio y ordenado el taller y la maquinaria.
Cumplimiento de las normas de E,H&S
Conocer, aplicar, cumplir las políticas, normas todos los aspectos legalescorrespondientes a los sistemas de Calidad
y Seguridad Alimentaria
Atender boletines de reparación (de averias y/o modificaciones)
Requerimientos Académicos/Cualificación
Formación Profesional 2 grado/ Grado Superior Mantenimiento
Conocimientos de máquina/herramienta (tornos, fresadora) matricería y moldes, soldadura y calderería
Conocimientos de neumatica e hidraúlica
Conocimientos prácticos sobre las instalaciones y equipos en los que debe actuar.
Formacion en E.H&S
Formación en calidad y seguridad alimentaria
Tiempo estimado de práctica profesional
