About this role
The Customer Care Executive will be responsible for handling customer interactions through calls, emails, and chats. The role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a customer-first mindset to ensure high levels of satisfaction and service quality.
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat within defined SLAs
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes
- Resolve customer complaints effectively and escalate when required
- Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions in CRM systems
- Meet individual and team performance metrics (Quality, AHT, CSAT, etc.)
- Follow company policies, processes, and compliance guidelines
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues
- Upsell or cross-sell products/services where applicable
- Graduate / Undergraduate (as per business requirement)
- 0–3 years of experience in customer service / BPO / call center (preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts if required)
- Customer-centric attitude with a positive approach
