GG Media is seeking a Call Center Representative to join our San Antonio team. In this role, you will communicate directly with customers, provide helpful information, respond to questions, and ensure each interaction is handled professionally and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner
