Skillbridge Academy is seeking a professional and personable Call Center Representative to join our team in New York.

In this role, you will serve as an important point of contact for prospective and current students, providing clear information, answering questions, assisting with inquiries, and ensuring every interaction reflects the high standards of Skillbridge Academy.

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, comfortable communicating with different types of people, and motivated to provide an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.

• Respond to questions regarding Skillbridge Academy programs, services, enrollment, and general information.

• Provide accurate and helpful information to prospective and current students.

• Follow up with individuals who have expressed interest in Academy programs.

• Maintain clear and accurate records of conversations and customer interactions.

• Identify customer needs and direct inquiries to the appropriate department when necessary.

• Maintain a professional and welcoming tone throughout every interaction.

• Meet individual and team performance expectations.

• Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a smooth customer experience.

• Follow established procedures while maintaining a high standard of service.
