Job Description

Responsibilities: Collaborate with HR and department managers to identify training and development needs across the organization. Develop and deliver training programs on key topics such as leadership development, performance management, and employee engagement. Assess the effectiveness of training initiatives and provide recommendations for continuous improvement. Offer career counseling and coaching to employees seeking professional growth opportunities. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent development to enhance organizational learning strategies.
