Job Description:

  • API/Distributed knowledge is required.
  • Understanding of IBM Mainframe, JIRA, Confluence and SharePoint will be needed.
  • Having domain knowledge in Credit Card products , TSYS will be an asset.
  • Advanced knowledge of system analysis process and techniques, as well as an understanding of system components, functionality, interfaces, data flows and business rules.
  • Work closely with business partners and other groups of diverse subject matter experts and stakeholders understand business requirements and to propose technical system solutions to accomplish them
  • Define, document (including use of visual diagrams) and translate business requirements into detailed system requirements and technical and functional specifications while also taking into account non-functional requirements.
  • Ability to work with technology partners to research and analyze current state system capabilities and define technology solutions options and recommendations
  • Assist testing team members in translating requirements and use cases into test conditions and expected results.
  • Contribute to POD's success by assisting the PO in effort estimation, identifying risks and recommending mitigation measures etc.
  • Experience working in Agile delivery practice
  • Coach new or less experienced colleagues and serve as a reference point throughout requirements management life cycle.
  • Assist testing team members in translating requirements and use cases into test conditions and expected results.
