Responsibilities

- Proven sales experience in the insurance industry or a related field.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve personal and team goals.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using technology and software related to insurance sales and management.
- A valid insurance license and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Must have Commercial Experience. Farmers Insurance commercial experience preferred.
- Base Salary with Commissions should produce over $100,000 in total pay
