You won't be just a number on a large scale, you will be a founding member of the United Arab Emirates BDR team. This means you will help shape the culture, and establish the playbook for how Rippling conquers the UAE market. As part of this initial team, your work will directly influence Rippling's trajectory in the UAE market. You will be at the forefront of introducing a revolutionary product.

What You’ll Do

• Become a product expert across the Rippling platform and understand the competitive landscape
• Craft strategic outbound messaging to engage upmarket prospects
• Partner with Marketing to run targeted outbound campaigns and generate pipeline
• Prospect into new accounts using proven sales methodologies
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM
• Align closely with your Account Executive to create a strong pipeline but qualifying and setting demonstrations.
  
  

What You’ll Need

• Fluency in English and Arabic
• Previous Sales Development or Business Development experience preferred
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Strong collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with different teams
