To learn more, visit www.cority.com.  The Opportunity We are looking for a driven BDR Manager to lead and scale a BRD team across EMEA and ANZ, with a strong focus on hunting new opportunities and generating high-quality pipeline across Cority’s full product suite. This role requires regular in-office presence to build team knowledge, strengthen collaboration, and support the ongoing development of the BDR team. Being together in person will be key to coaching, knowledge-sharing, onboarding, and creating a strong performance culture.  Our offices are located in central London. Reporting to the VP, Sales Development, you will be measured on your ability to coach and develop high-performing BDRs, and to build a team that develops genuine commercial and sales acumen. You will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to ensure our outbound and inbound motions are aligned, data-driven, and built to scale across diverse markets and time zones.
