Role Type - Full-Time Role

Job Description

AxisCare is seeking an experienced, driven, and highly motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to help accelerate our sales and growth goals. We are looking for someone with a proven background in business development, outbound sales, prospecting, pipeline generation, or a similar sales-focused role. The ideal candidate understands how to identify opportunities, engage decision-makers, overcome objections, and create meaningful conversations that ultimately generate qualified opportunities for our sales team.

As a BDR, you will be on the front lines of introducing AxisCare to prospective customers. You will be responsible for researching and identifying target accounts, developing outbound strategies, connecting with key decision-makers, qualifying opportunities, and creating enough value and interest to move prospects through the sales process. Our ideal BDR is someone who does not simply “make calls.” You understand how to research an account, develop a point of view, personalize outreach, navigate conversations with business owners and decision-makers, uncover pain points, handle objections, and create opportunities where there may not initially appear to be one. You are competitive, coachable, resilient, and highly accountable for your results. You are comfortable with rejection, motivated by goals, team collaboration, and excited by the opportunity to build pipeline and directly impact company growth.
