We seek to hire a suitable candidate for this role
Responsibilities:- Build and maintain a combined HNI and RETAIL deposit portfolio aligned with the company’s concentration and diversification guidelines.
- Identify prospective clients and successfully convert to business partnerships.
- Manage client investment portfolios and relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare weekly call memos and progress reports on all clients, prospects, and activities.
- Implement approved marketing strategies towards achieving the company’s deposit portfolio budget.
- Attend and participate in relevant industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to meet potential clients and promote the company’s brand.
- Stay updated on financial market trends and interest rates,
- Provide valuable insight to clients and management.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 – 4 years in a similar role within the finance industry
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Management, Administration, or a related discipline
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding fund mobilization targets
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well independently and in a team
- Sound decision and problem-solving skills
- Self-driven and result oriented.
Benefits
Remuneration: NGN 400,000 – 500,000 Monthly Net (flexible for an exceptional candidate)
