This is a true hunter/business development role, focused on new partner acquisition, pipeline generation, revenue growth, and expanding the Microsoft channel. We are looking for someone who hustles, creates opportunities, picks up the phone, and is confident engaging with senior and C-suite stakeholders.

You will work closely with Microsoft, vendors, partners, and internal teams to identify opportunities and deliver commercial growth. Microsoft experience is a plus but not required. Experience across the broader technology, cloud, cybersecurity, or IT distribution ecosystem is also highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new partners and develop existing channel opportunities.

  • Develop and execute business development and territory plans.
  • Work with Microsoft, vendors, and internal teams on growth initiatives and new business opportunities.
  • Understand partner business needs and translate opportunities into commercial outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to convert pipeline into revenue.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales and growth targets.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 3–7 years of experience in Business Development, Channel Sales, Partner Sales, Vendor Management, or technology sales
  • Strong hunter mentality and proven ability to generate new business.
  • Vendor/channel experience within the Australian technology market.
  • Strong commercial and business acumen.
  • Confident communicating with senior and C-suite stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • IT distribution, cybersecurity, cloud, or technology experience is highly desirable.
  • Microsoft experience is a plus, not a requirement.

If you are a commercially driven hunter who thrives on generating new business, building channel relationships, and engaging senior stakeholders, we encourage you to apply and help drive the growth of Ingram Micro’s Microsoft portfolio.
