The ideal candidate should have strong experience in IT infrastructure sales, business development, lead generation, and relationship management, with a good understanding of cybersecurity and cloud infrastructure solutions. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities across the IT infrastructure market. Generate leads through cold calling, networking, references, digital channels, and partner networks. Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, resellers, system integrators, and enterprise customers. Drive the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation, closure, and post-sales coordination. Achieve assigned sales, revenue, and business development targets. Understand customer requirements and propose suitable IT infrastructure solutions. Build and expand the company's channel partner ecosystem. Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations with prospective customers and partners. Work closely with internal technical and presales teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and solution offerings. Identify market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities. Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular sales forecasts and reports. Develop long-term customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals. Explore opportunities in cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, networking, servers, storage, data center, and other IT infrastructure solutions. Required Skills & Qualifications: 2–8 years of experience in Business Development / Sales, preferably in IT infrastructure. Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure products and solutions. Experience in channel partner management and channel sales. Proven experience in end-to-end sales and revenue generation. Strong lead generation and cold-calling skills. Excellent networking, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Good understanding of Cybersecurity and Cloud Infrastructure. Ability to identify prospects, build relationships, and convert opportunities into business. Strong target-oriented and result-driven approach. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with presales and technical teams.
