About the Role
We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will drive business growth by executing strategic initiatives, engaging key customers, and developing vendor partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Execute the Business Unit strategy to drive profitable market share growth.
Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and vendors.
Identify and onboard new vendors, driving sales and optimizing results.
Collaborate with sales teams to enhance market penetration and share of wallet.
Lead negotiations on key tenders and large deals.
Provide structured sales guidance and enablement to internal teams.
Ensure customer satisfaction by increasing loyalty and profitability.
Engage with vendor operational, sales, and marketing teams.
Support direct reports and Business Development Executives (BDEs), where applicable.
What We’re Looking For
Deep knowledge and experience in Sales.
Strong commercial awareness and customer-focused mindset.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to influence sales teams and build structured sales strategies.
High energy, motivation, and ownership of responsibilities.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and numerical skills.
Full professional working level of Portuguese
