Responsibilities岗位职责：
1. Develop solid opportunity pipelines.

2. Develop and built strong relationships within the customer organization and understand opportunities to create value for the customer.

3. Exceed personal and area new business revenue Targets.

4. Preparing professional solutions and working on official RFQ/RFP submission.
准备专业的解决方案，并致力于正式的RFQ/RFP提交。
5. Cross-sell for Rhenus suite of services. 
交叉销售Rhenus的整套服务
6. Organize regular meetings with the client and relevant project team to report on progress and receive an update from client on challenges and future plans.
7. 组织与客户和相关项目团队的定期会议，报告进展情况，并从客户那里获得关于挑战和未来计划的最新信息
8. Support operational issues with operational stakeholder.
支持与业务利益相关者的业务问题
9. Assure Rhenus and customer expectations are in alignment.

10. Maintain close communication with customer to assure understanding of customer expectations relative to Rhenus solutions, timeline, costs, and results.

1. Bachelor’s degree and above.
专科及以上学历
2. More than 3 years working experience in logistics industry is preferred.
在物流行业有3年以上工作经验者优先考虑
3. Excellent communication and organizational skills.

4. Excellent English skill in listening/speaking/writing/reading

5. Independent, Self-motivated, and good interpersonal skills.
