Job Description

• Responsibility for sales in Türkiye (Marmara Region) for Bosch Power Tools Accessories through active development, maintenance & growth of customers.
• Entrepreneurial sales and profit responsibility (stronger price realization within the defined corridors, optimization in terms of customer structure and product mix).
• Empowerment (direct budget responsibility) towards customer.
• Implementation of central marketing activities and strong collaboration with user and retail marketing team.
• Systematic follow-up on visits and planning of next steps for the development of direct dealers.
• Information gathering about competitors & market trends.
• Be close to the user to understand their needs and applications and target to convert the user.
• Gain and provide user and market insights (UX) to the Central Product Area purpose teams for development of regional products / solutions and to Marketing for communication development.
• Increases numeric and weighted distribution.
• Promotes and demonstrates PT Accessories to users.

Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial thinking.
• Autonomous working manner.
• Sales knowledge: negotiation skills, customer orientation.
• Analytical thinking and strategic overview.
• Market and Power Tools Industry knowledge is a plus.
• Strong adaptation to digitalization, remote working and agile working methods.
• Native or near-native fluency in Turkish is essential.
