About this role
We are looking for an energetic and proactive Business Development & Growth Associate who enjoys solving problems and getting things done.
You will work closely with our Director - Business Development & Sales and the CEO on sales, business development, marketing, and strategic initiatives.
What You’ll Do
- Research and identify potential customers and business opportunities
- Build lead lists and research target companies and decision-makers
- Support outreach and sales campaigns
- Research markets, competitors, industries, and new opportunities
- Help formulate sales, business, and marketing strategies
- Create presentations, sales decks, proposals, and marketing materials
- Take ideas from the leadership team and independently turn them into actionable plans
- Experiment with new approaches to generate leads and grow the business
What We’re Looking For
- Strong research and problem-solving skills
- Enthusiastic, curious, and willing to learn
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Good written and verbal communication
- Comfortable creating presentations and working with tools such as Excel/Google Sheets
- Interest in sales, marketing, business strategy, technology, or AI
- Someone who is execution-focused — not afraid to figure things out and get things done
