- הובלת פעילות מכירות ופיתוח עסקי מול לקוחות בארץ ובחו"ל
- ניהול והרחבת תיקי לקוחות אסטרטגיים בתעשייה הביטחונית / התעופתית
- איתור והובלת הזדמנויות עסקיות חדשות
- הובלת תהליכי מכירה מורכבים (B2B) מול גופים גדולים ופרויקטים רב-מערכתיים
- עבודה על מכרזים והובלת תהליך ההצעה
- ניהול ממשקים פנימיים עם הנדסה, תפעול, כספים וייצור
- הבנת צרכי לקוח ותרגומם לפתרון הנדסי-עסקי
- ייצוג החברה מול לקוחות, כנסים ותערוכות בינלאומיות
- ניסיון של 5+ שנים בפיתוח עסקי / מכירות טכניות
- ניסיון בתעשייה ביטחונית / תעופתית – חובה
- ניסיון בעבודה מול לקוחות בינלאומיים
- ניסיון בניהול תהליכי מכירה מורכבים (B2B)
- אוריינטציה טכנית ויכולת הבנת מערכות ומוצרים מורכבים
- אנגלית ברמה גבוהה מאוד – חובה
