Business Development Executive

Role Description We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or junior professionals with up to 1 year of experience in international calling who are eager to build a career in business development. You will play a key role in generating leads, engaging with prospective clients, and supporting the business development team in driving new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities Make international inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers. Conduct email outreach campaigns to generate and nurture leads. Identify potential clients through research and build a qualified prospect database. Qualify leads through initial conversations and follow up with prospects as required. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and lead status. Support the Business Development team with day-to-day operational and administrative activities. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth lead handover process. Candidate Profile Fresh graduates or candidates with 6 months to 1 year of experience in international calling are encouraged to apply. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Experience handling international customer calls with confidence and professionalism. Basic understanding of lead generation, prospecting, and email communication. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and follow-up skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in a Business Development career. Preferred Qualifications Experience in B2B lead generation or international sales support is an added advantage. Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace is a plus. ====
