**Aufgaben**
Sorgen Sie dafür, dass der Terminkalender der Leitung des Bereichs SASE, WAN & Platform Enablement wie am Schnürchen läuft – koordinieren und verwalten Sie Termine mit Präzision und Fingerspitzengefühl
- Verleihen Sie Veranstaltungen Leben! Helfen Sie bei der Planung, Organisation und Durchführung von ansprechenden Management
- Workshops, Besprechungen vor Ort und unvergesslichen Veranstaltungen, die Eindruck hinterlassen
- Sorgen Sie dafür, dass das Projektbüro stets gut ausgestattet und einsatzbereit ist
- Verwalten Sie Bestellungen und stellen Sie sicher, dass hinter den Kulissen alles reibungslos abläuft
Qualifikationen
**Qualifikationen**
- Kenntnisse im Umgang mit der Microsoft Office-Suite, einschließlich Outlook, Word, Excel und PowerPoint - Sicherer Umgang mit den IT-Tools der Telekom, insbesondere MyPortal, MyIT und MyStore - Fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Reise- und Spesenabrechnungssystemen
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Selbstständige, ergebnisorientierte und zielstrebige Arbeitsweise; hohe Belastbarkeit sowie die Fähigkeit, Aufgaben termingerecht auch unter Druck erfolgreich abzuschließen
