Summary:
As a Business Architect, a typical day involves identifying opportunities that can bring measurable value to the organization by thoroughly evaluating the existing business environment. This role requires capturing high-level requirements and shaping comprehensive business solutions that align with strategic goals. The Business Architect translates complex business needs into technology-driven solutions and operational frameworks. Additionally, the role supports organizational transformation by preparing detailed business cases and steering the execution of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment across various stakeholders and teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between business and technology teams to ensure clear understanding of objectives and deliverables.
- Drive alignment of business strategies with technology capabilities to optimize operational efficiency.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Investment Banking.
- Good To Have Skills: Functional Test Planning, Business Requirements Analysis.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Ability to develop and articulate business cases that support strategic decision-making.
- Experience in designing and implementing technology-enabled business solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Investment Banking.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
