Job Description

Strive Global is seeking an enthusiastic and professional Brand Promoter to join our team in College Station, TX.

In this role, you will represent brands through direct, face-to-face engagement with customers and the public. You will help communicate key brand messages, introduce products and services, support promotional initiatives, and create positive experiences that strengthen brand awareness and customer interest.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, communicates confidently, and wants to develop valuable skills in brand representation, customer engagement, sales, marketing, and communication.

Responsibilities

• Represent assigned brands in a professional, engaging, and positive manner.
• Introduce products, services, promotions, and brand initiatives to potential customers.
• Engage directly with customers and provide clear, accurate information.
• Create welcoming and memorable customer experiences.
• Communicate key brand messages effectively and consistently.
• Assist with promotional campaigns, events, and customer engagement activities.
• Answer customer questions and help identify appropriate products or services based on their needs.
• Build positive relationships with customers and members of the community.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve campaign and performance goals.
• Maintain a strong understanding of current brand offerings and promotional initiatives.
• Provide feedback on customer interactions, campaign performance, and market responses.
• Uphold company standards for professionalism, presentation, and customer service.

Additional Information

• Competitive Salary: $40,000 – $45,000 per year.
