Job Description

Paid Media, Channel Execution & Performance Tracking (50%)

  • Paid Media & Channel Execution: This is how the work actually reaches people, and how we prove it grew the brand. Run promotion campaigns on Facebook, Google, and TikTok, and coordinate emerging channels (Zalo ZNS, PR placements, display booking, seeding) with vendors/agencies. Keep an eye on new formats and platform trends so we pitch them before competitors do.

  • Performance Reporting & Optimization: Track top-funnel metrics that show real communication effectiveness, Reach, Frequency, Engagement, and virality/share rate, to see how each campaign lands, compile the "Rationale" report explaining why it worked or flopped, and turn those findings into concrete suggestions for the next round.

  • Rewards Program Support: Help manage the rewards catalog so it stays fresh and stocked, monitor redemption rates to make sure rewards actually reach users, and support briefs to the Product team to revamp and build out rewards features on the app.

KOL Community & Social Operations (50%)

  • KOL / Influencer / Community Management: Propose and manage partnerships with KOLs, influencers, communities, and KOC, from selection through briefing. Use historical performance data to suggest picks with real viral potential and long-term brand equity value, not just reach, and make sure booking quality and posting timelines actually hold up.

  • Fanpage & Owned Channel Management: Run the day-to-day of our Facebook fanpages and other owned channels (Zalo OA, TikTok) across all four brands: content calendar execution, community moderation and response, and channel health (growth, engagement quality).

  • Livestream & Content Production Support: Jump in as an extra pair of hands across livestream sessions wherever the team needs it, from pre-show setup to live-day logistics, and own the content production pipeline around it: briefing freelancers/vendors, tracking asset delivery, and doing quality checks before anything publishes.

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS

  • Currently a student in Marketing, Business, Data Science, Economics, or a related field.

  • Real, hands-on experience running social pages, small-scale ad budgets, livestreams, or community programs, not a one-off class project, and it delivered a measurable outcome, not just "exposure." Bring your portfolio or case studies.

  • Can tell why a piece of content spreads, and whether it's actually right for the brand, not just loud. This is the throughline of the assignment: it shows up in how you read what's working versus flopping, who you'd book and why, and what concept you'd brief a creator to make.

  • Read real numbers correctly, including the unflattering ones, and you already reach for AI as part of how you work, not as an afterthought. This shows up in how you normalize performance data instead of taking it at face value, and where you build AI into a workflow instead of just mentioning it.

  • Can make a call under ambiguity, defend it when someone pushes back, and diagnose a real failure without flinching or hiding it. This is the final task in both tests, where the scenario turns from analysis into an actual decision you have to own.

BENEFITS

  • Hands-on experience with real impact: Learn the A-to-Z of how a massive platform runs marketing across four brands at once.

  • Creative freedom with support: Own your ideas and get feedback from experienced mentors across brand, growth, and design.

  • A dynamic learning environment: Work across the full brand stack, from strategy and content to media, research, and product, not just one lane.

  • Strong mentorship: Close guidance from our Brand Performance Specialist, Brand Content/Creative Specialist, and cross-functional teammates to sharpen both your craft and your data instincts.

  • Fast personal growth: Learn to balance creativity with data, storytelling with performance, and big ideas with execution.

  • A work culture built on FRUIT values: Fast Growth, Responsibility, User-first, Integrity, and Team. We live by these, not just print them on a wall.

  • A comfy, modern office setup: Where collaboration and creativity thrive in a relaxed atmosphere (and yes, we laugh a lot).
