Η Hatzi Filax Group, για λογαριασμό πελάτη της, αναζητά Brand Manager έχει ολιστική ευθύνη για ανάπτυξη, εικόνα και εμπορική υποστήριξη των brands που διαχειρίζεται — από στρατηγική έως εκτέλεση, με συνέπεια σε όλα τα σημεία επαφής (επαγγελματίες υγείας, φαρμακεία, B2B πελάτες, τελικός καταναλωτής).

Απαιτείται πρωτοβουλία, εμπορική σκέψη και πλήρης ευθύνη αποτελέσματος, χρόνου και budget.

Κύριες αρμοδιότητες

  • Στρατηγική & ανάλυση αγοράς: ετήσιο marketing plan, ανταγωνισμός, positioning, ευκαιρίες ανάπτυξης.
  • Επικοινωνία & digital: communication calendar, websites/landing pages, briefs σε agencies, social media, digital campaigns, παρουσία σε marketplaces/e-pharmacies.
  • Product marketing & launches: σχεδιασμός και συντονισμός λανσαρισμάτων από brief έως αποτελέσματα.
  • Packaging & regulatory: συντονισμός projects με QA/Regulatory, τήρηση εγκρίσεων και χρονοδιαγραμμάτων.
  • Brand assets: έντυπα, Brand Books, οργανωμένη βιβλιοθήκη υλικών.
  • B2B marketing: πλάνο ανά κανάλι/πελάτη, tracker κάλυψης, υποστήριξη Πωλήσεων.
  • Budget & KPIs: παρακολούθηση δαπανών, προτάσεις κατανομής, αξιολόγηση ROI.
  • Project management: tracker, follow-up, έγκαιρος εντοπισμός blockers.
  • Corporate communication & εκδηλώσεις: συνέδρια, εκθέσεις, cross-brand ενέργειες.
  • 4+ έτη σε Brand Management/Product Marketing με ευθύνη πλάνου & budget
  • 2+ έτη στον κλάδο υγείας (ιατροτεχνολογικά, φαρμακευτικά, OTC, consumer health)
  • Εμπειρία σε launches, packaging, QA/Regulatory συνεργασία
  • Γνώση φαρμακευτικού καναλιού, B2B, e-pharmacies, e-commerce
  • Άριστα Ελληνικά & Αγγλικά
  • Άριστη γνώση Excel/PowerPoint, project tracking tools
  • Πτυχίο Marketing/Διοίκησης/Επικοινωνίας ή συναφές αντικείμενο στο χώρο Οικονομικών της Υγείας
