Job Description

The Brand Communication Specialist is responsible for monitoring and managing the operational activities that ensure the consistent and distinctive presence of the brand across online, offline and retail touchpoints.

The core responsibilities of the role are:

Ensuring brand consistency: translating the communication strategy into content and initiatives that are fully aligned with the brand’s mission, values, positioning and visual and verbal identity.

Managing brand execution: overseeing the development, adaptation and implementation of brand content and editorial activities across the channels and touchpoints under their responsibility, ensuring consistency in messaging, tone of voice and overall brand expression.

Monitoring brand presence: continuously monitoring how the brand is represented across relevant online, offline and retail contexts, identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring a coherent and recognizable brand experience

Qualifications

- Collaborates with the Manager in planning online and/or offline communication activities and interventions

- Coordinates and verifies the activities and services of the collaborators/consultants involved in the implementation of the communication interventions designed communication

- Develops and proposes innovative ideas and technical solutions in order to support the development and evolution of brand communication in the channels managed

- Develops, updates and monitors through appropriate reporting tools, office phenomena and processes both in internal activities and towards the market

- Follows and takes care of the organizational management of the implementation of the different phases of a communication intervention in compliance with the qualitative, economic and timing terms defined by the plan

- Is responsible for overseeing the operational activities of the office, in terms of defining and updating the contents of the editorial actions in the channels under its responsibility

- Adopts behaviors and promotes actions operational/cultural for Sustainable Development, understood as the interconnection of practices oriented towards the Care of the Environment, Business Processes and Organizational Community

- Promotes the development of training/learning of the Role through self, digital and collaborative learning activities aimed at innovation and improving the effectiveness and efficiency of one's Responsibilities

- Promotes , adopts and develops the use of digital technologies within its function in relation to both process management and in relations with internal and external interlocutors involved in the business

Additional Information

• Previous experience (2–3 years) in a similar roles.

• Strong organizational, priority-management, and proactive problem-solving skills.

• Fluent English (B2/C1 level). Knowledge of Spanish and/or French is a plus.

• Good knowldge of digital/reporting tools. Basic graphic design skills and experience with Canva or Figma are considered a plus.
