Job Description

Catch Vibe Voice is seeking a confident and enthusiastic Brand Ambassador to join our Nashville team.

In this role, you will represent our clients and their brands through direct customer interactions, promotional activities, events, and other in-person marketing initiatives. You will play an important role in creating positive brand experiences, communicating key messages, and helping strengthen relationships between our clients and their customers.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new people, thrives in an energetic environment, and wants to develop valuable skills in communication, marketing, customer engagement, and brand representation.

Responsibilities

• Represent client brands professionally and positively during in-person campaigns and promotional activities.
• Engage with customers and provide clear, accurate information about products, services, and promotions.
• Create welcoming and memorable experiences that strengthen brand awareness.
• Communicate key brand messages in an engaging and approachable manner.
• Assist with the preparation and execution of promotional events and campaigns.
• Answer customer questions and help identify the most appropriate products or services based on their needs.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve campaign and performance objectives.
• Gather customer feedback and communicate relevant insights to the team.
• Maintain a strong understanding of current campaigns, brand guidelines, and promotional materials.
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities.
