Job Description
To ensure the effective functioning of a Point/s of Representation (POR/s) including operational aspects (e.g., security, cash, etc.) and sales and service matters in line with client experience and laid down requirements. (Applicable where UB I, Cash Consultant I/II, forex and CLO are present).
Qualifications
Type of Qualification: First Degree
Field of Study: Business Commerce
Licenses & Certifications: FAIS Representative
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in Personal and Private Banking or Client Coverage roles
- Demonstrated front-line experience in serving customers and meeting sales and service objectives
- Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of branch operations, including other departments and their functions **Core
- Team leadership and management experience with the ability to motivate and develop staff
- Strong understanding of cash handling, security protocols, and operational compliance
- Excellent customer service and relationship management capabilities
- Proficiency in performance management and staff appraisal processes
- Sound knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements relevant to banking operations
