 The Role

As a Branch Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the branch. You will help ensure seamless customer experiences, operational efficiency, and strong collaboration between sales, service, and operations teams.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and takes pride in delivering exceptional support to both customers and internal stakeholders.

 What You'll Do

✅ Support daily branch operations and administrative activities

✅ Process customer orders, quotations, and service-related documentation

✅ Coordinate activities between sales, service, warehouse, and operations teams

✅ Maintain accurate customer, inventory, and operational records

✅ Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide outstanding service

✅ Assist with inventory management and product availability tracking

✅ Support shipping, receiving, and logistics activities

✅ Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards

✅ Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction

✅ Contribute to branch performance goals and continuous improvement initiatives

✅ High school diploma or equivalent required

✅ Experience in an administrative, operations, customer service, or branch support role

✅ Strong organizational and time-management skills

✅ Strong attention to detail and accuracy

✅ Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

✅ Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment

 Experience in industrial, manufacturing, distribution, or service environments

 Knowledge of inventory management and logistics processes

 Experience supporting branch or service center operations

 Familiarity with ERP systems and business management software
