Branch Operations Executive

As a Branch Operations Executive, you will be an integral part of our back-office team, ensuring smooth and effective operations. Your primary focus will be on supporting the front-line customer care team, providing administrative assistance, and maintaining accurate records. You will play a vital role in enhancing our customer's experience and ensuring the overall success of our business.

• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Assist the customer care team in resolving complex issues and providing accurate information.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas of improvement.
• Conduct regular quality checks on customer service processes and provide feedback to the team.
• Assist in training and mentoring new customer care executives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, especially regarding data privacy.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in customer service.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the BFSI industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in using MS Office and other relevant software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
