Roberts Oxygen, a trusted name in industrial, medical, and specialty gases and equipment, is looking for a Branch Manager to join our team in Charlotte, NC.

Responsibilities and requirements:

• Responsible for managing and monitoring store success through Branch sales, operations, financial position, market share growth, and area contribution.
• Ensures continued development of current business and the addition of new business. Effectively advocates, questions, and listens to acquire information on needs, wants, position, and interests of the customer. Represents the Company and proactively maintains customer relations.
• Oversees the management of inside sales, distribution, and routing of trucks. Develops strong internal working relations creating partnerships to resolve conflicts between employees or departments. 
• 3 years of industry outside sales experience or related experience in the compressed and medical gases industry.
• 3 years of industry inside sales experience  
• Strong computers skills and usage of FACTS and Microsoft Office Products to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and internet searching.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift 75 pounds.
• Class A or B CDL driver’s license with hazmat and tanker endorsements preferred; ability to obtain such within 3 months.
• Excellent driving record and ability to pass pre-employment screenings.
