Are you an experienced insurance professional who enjoys working independently, building strong customer relationships and taking ownership of results?

We’re looking for a Branch Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day running and performance of one of our branches. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is customer-focused, commercially minded and confident managing the full range of branch activities independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the day-to-day running and overall performance of the branch.
• Deliver an excellent and personalised service, advising customers on insurance products and solutions that meet their needs.
• Drive sales and business growth by identifying new opportunities and promoting and cross-selling the Company’s products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while actively developing new business.
• Issue policies, quotations and renewals, and support customers throughout the claims process.
• Ensure all documentation and branch activities are handled accurately and in line with regulatory requirements, internal procedures and quality standards.
• Monitor branch performance and contribute to sales forecasts and business planning.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who:

• Holds a recognised insurance qualification.
• Has a minimum of five years’ experience within the insurance industry.
• Is comfortable working independently.
• Has a strong sense of responsibility, accountability and initiative.
• Is commercially minded, with a proactive approach to sales and business development.
• Has excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Is organised, dependable and able to manage competing priorities effectively.
• Communicates confidently and professionally with different types of customers.
• Has excellent communication skills in both Maltese and English.
