About the Roles
- Post-Harvest Technicians are responsible for trimming, curing, and packaging cannabis flower and pre-rolls to prepare products for distribution. Success in this role requires efficiency, consistency, and a strong focus on quality and compliance throughout the post-harvest process.
- Packaging Technicians are responsible for accurately packaging, labeling, and preparing cannabis products while maintaining compliance with quality and safety standards. This role requires strong attention to detail, precision, and adherence to daily production schedules in a fast-paced lab environment.
🌾 Post-Harvest Technician | 1st Shift 6AM-3:30PM ($18.00/hr)
🌿 Packaging Technician | 1st Shift 6AM-3:30PM ($17.00/hr) & 2nd Shift 3PM-11:30PM (18.50/hr)

Working Conditions:
This position requires working in an environment that has a high amount of plant matter and pollen. Areas of the facility reach high/low temperatures with high humidity levels. Employees may have exposure to conditions such as dust, plant matter, and particles that affect the respiratory system, eyes, or skin, depending on department job assignments. Employees are required to wear protective gear and have the option to wear eye and ear protection. Certain areas of the facility use harsh chemicals for cleaning such as bleach and can have repetitive movements. Employees should be comfortable and capable of working under all of the above conditions.

This position may require the ability to perform essential functions that include, but are not limited to: Pushing, pulling, lifting, or moving items weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Sitting, standing, kneeling, bending, squatting, and/or walking for extended periods of time. Using hands and fingers to touch, handle, feel, and pick objects (manual dexterity).

Working with chemicals (e.g., butane, propane, bleach) while following strict safety guidelines.

Cleaning and maintaining the facility or equipment using approved chemicals.

Wearing personal protective equipment (PPE), including clothing protection, close-toed non-slip shoes, and optional ear and eye protection.
