About this role

About QuantHealth

QuantHealth is an AI company transforming clinical trial planning and execution through simulation technology. Our platform helps pharmaceutical and biotech companies make smarter, faster, and more cost-effective decisions by predicting clinical trial outcomes before they happen. As QuantHealth scales, operational excellence and automation are critical to enabling efficiency across the organization. We are looking for an Automation & Integrations Specialist to join the Operations team and partner closely with the Business Operations to build and scale automation solutions across the company.

About the Role

We’re looking for an exceptional Bookkeeper who is excited to help build that foundation with us - this is more than a traditional accounting role.
As our Bookkeeper, you’ll play an important role in building and improving QuantHealth’s accounting operations. Working closely with Finance leadership, you’ll own the day-to-day accounting operations while helping build scalable processes, systems, and controls that support QuantHealth’s continued growth.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys improving processes, embracing technology, and leveraging AI to eliminate manual work. We’re looking for builders, people who take ownership, challenge existing processes, and continuously look for smarter ways to operate.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records and smooth execution across all core accounting processes.
  • Handle ongoing bookkeeping and statutory reporting, including VAT, withholding tax, vendor and customer accounting, bank and credit card reconciliations, and payments.
  • Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual close, including journal entries, reconciliations, supporting schedules, and the preparation of consolidated financial statements across the Group’s entities, including intercompany reconciliations.
  • Own Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, customer billing, employee expense management, fixed assets, and cash reconciliations.
  • Coordinate payroll activities with external payroll providers and ensure payroll information is complete, accurate, and properly reflected in the accounting records.
  • Partner with external accountants, auditors, tax advisors, and other finance partners to support reporting and compliance.
  • Maintain accounting documentation and support a strong internal control environment.
  • Build scalable accounting processes and operational best practices.
  • Leverage AI and automation to streamline workflows, eliminate manual tasks, and continuously improve the way Finance operates
  • Optimize finance systems and continuously improve the Finance technology stack.
  • Partner closely with FP&A and business stakeholders to improve financial visibility and operational efficiency.

What does it require from you?

Required Qualifications-

  • Certified Bookkeeper (Type 2 or Type 3).
  • 5+ years of hands-on bookkeeping and accounting experience.
  • Experience working in a startup or fast-paced technology environment.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Israeli bookkeeping practices, including VAT and tax authority reporting and day-to-day statutory bookkeeping requirements.
  • Hands-on experience in day-to-day accounting operations and month-end close, including journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, AP, AR, and expense management.
  • Strong Excel skills and experience working with ERP and accounting systems.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Hebrew and English.

We’re Especially Excited If You…

  • Have a passion for leveraging AI and emerging technologies to transform the way Finance operates.
  • Constantly look for opportunities to automate manual work, improve processes, and increase productivity.
  • Take ownership, thrive in ambiguity, and enjoy building scalable solutions, not just maintaining existing ones.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a SaaS or B2B software company.
  • Experience working in a multi-entity, international environment.
  • Experience supporting revenue recognition.
  • Experience with Priority ERP, DOKKA, or similar finance systems.
  • Experience with BI and reporting tools.

Notes

  • At QuantHealth, we believe in creating an inclusive and diverse work environment where everyone can thrive and contribute to our shared goals. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and experiences.
  • We mix remote and in-office work. Most of the team is in the office two days a week and works from home the remaining days.
