    • Mix, match, and adjust paint materials to achieve color accuracy and consistent finish quality.
    • Perform wet sanding, buffing, polishing, and quality checks to produce automotive-level finishes on metal and composite surfaces.
    • Maintain a clean, dust-free paint environment and manage curing/drying processes.

    Prototype Support & R&D Collaboration

    • Support prototype development, iterative testing, and refinement of new VVater technologies.
    • Collaborate with engineering and CAD teams to validate manufacturability and propose design improvements.
    • Provide rapid fabrication and finish adjustments during laboratory and field testing cycles.

    Shop Operations & Safety

    • Maintain fabrication, painting, and finishing equipment (welders, brakes, grinders, paint guns, compressors).
    • Ensure compliance with safety standards related to welding, grinding, painting, ventilation, PPE, and chemical handling.
    • Maintain organized workspaces, proper consumable inventory, and documented workflow for production consistency.

    Other Duties
