Job Description

About the role

This is a specialist engineering position focused on the design, support, optimisation and continuous improvement of Cuscal's BMC Helix Platform.

In this role, you will;

• Manage, support and improve the BMC Helix Platform, including Discovery, CMDB and AIOps components
• Integrate BMC solutions with enterprise technology platforms and operational tooling
• Drive platform upgrades, enhancements and strategic improvements
• Design and implement monitoring and alerting solutions using BMC technologies
• Partner with vendors and technology stakeholders to maximise value from the BMC platform

Qualifications

What You'll Bring

• Extensive hands-on experience administering and enhancing BMC Helix Platform solutions
• Strong experience across BMC Discovery, CMDB, AIOps and monitoring technologies
• Experience managing enterprise-scale monitoring, alerting and configuration management platforms
• Proven success designing and implementing monitoring and automation solutions
• Experience delivering highly available technology services in medium to large enterprise environments
• Strong background in process design, governance and continuous improvement
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
