Hours: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Schedule: Monday–Friday

Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Bilingual Shipping & Receiving Associate (English and Spanish) to support daily warehouse operations. This position will be responsible for loading and unloading trucks, preparing and wrapping pallets for shipment, performing quality control inspections, and assisting with general warehouse duties.

The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Prepare, wrap, and secure pallets for shipment.
• Inspect products and shipments to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Perform quality control checks and report damaged or incorrect materials.
• Organize and move materials throughout the warehouse.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Assist with other shipping, receiving, and warehouse duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in both English and Spanish
  
• Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, or material handling experience preferred.
• Sit-down forklift experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to safely lift, carry, push, and pull materials.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to follow safety procedures and learn new processes.

Physical Requirements

This is a physically active warehouse position. Candidates should be comfortable standing, walking, bending, lifting, carrying, and moving materials throughout the workday.
