As our Bellman, you will play an integral role in delivering an exceptional guest experience while contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage.
  • Escort guests to their rooms and explain hotel features and services.
  • Deliver luggage, packages, messages, and other items to guest rooms.
  • Assist guests with transportation arrangements, including taxis and rideshare services.
  • Provide directions and information about hotel amenities, restaurants, attractions, and local areas.
  • Retrieve and store guest luggage as needed.
  • Assist with valet and driveway operations when required.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional hotel entrance and bell desk area.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries.
  • Communicate guest needs and concerns to the appropriate department.
  • Maintain knowledge of hotel policies, services, events, and daily activities.
  • Handle guest belongings with care and follow proper luggage procedures.
  • Provide exceptional guest service and resolve routine guest concerns professionally.
  • Follow all hotel safety, security, and service standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

  • Knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
  • Ability to operate luggage carts and other bell desk equipment safely.
  • Ability to handle guest belongings responsibly and maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, mornings, evenings, and overnight shifts.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
  • Must be able to communicate clearly with guests, coworkers, and management.

Education (Optional / Adjustable)

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
