Esto es lo que buscamos: 

Buscamos a alguien con ganas de aprender y crecer en nuestro equipo de social media. Participarás en el día a día de nuestras redes, desde la creación de contenido hasta la conversación con la comunidad, con el apoyo de un equipo que te guiará en cada paso. 

 

Responsabilidades 

  • Dar apoyo en la creación de contenido para redes sociales (posts, stories, reels, carruseles, etc.). 
  • Ayudar a planificar y programar el calendario editorial. 
  • Interactuar con la comunidad: responder comentarios y mensajes y vigilar menciones. 
  • Proponer ideas de contenido, formatos y tendencias. 
  • Colaborar en la edición básica de foto y vídeo. 
  • Hacer seguimiento de métricas y ayudar a elaborar informes de resultados. 
  • Participar en campañas, colaboraciones y acciones con creadores. 

Requisitos 

  • Estudiante o recién titulado/a en Marketing, Comunicación, Publicidad, Periodismo o similar. 
  • Posibilidad de firmar un convenio de prácticas con un centro de estudios. 
  • Que puedas realizar las prácticas en un modelo hibrido en nuestra oficina de Madrid. 
  • Disponibilidad de hacer una jornada completa e incorporarte el 11 de noviembre. 
  • Conocimiento de las principales redes (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) y de sus formatos. 
  • Buena redacción y ortografía, y creatividad. 
  • Nociones de herramientas de diseño y edición (Canva, CapCut, Adobe, etc.). 
  • Proactividad, curiosidad y ganas de aprender. 
  • Nivel de inglés alto ya que trabajamos con clientes internacionales. 

Suma puntos: 

  • Perfiles propios o portfolio con contenido creado. 
  • Experiencia previa gestionando cuentas (aunque sean personales o de proyectos). 
  • Conocimientos de analítica o herramientas de programación como Metricool o Buffer.
