Job Description

The Beamline Paint Stacking is responsible for pre-assembling racking frames and products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety and quality standards, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a production/assembly team. 

Job Description

  • Responsible for motivating and ensuring everyone works according to the QSHE standards to ensure that all work is done in a safe, efficient, and qualitative way. 

  • Complies with the goals of Lean and continuous improvements within the company. 

  • Acting as challenger that all executed activities and processes follow QSHE standards, policies, instructions, and local legislation. 

  • Adhering to safety regulations, maintaining a clean work area, and ensuring materials are replenished. 

  • Assemble parts and products according to work instructions, blueprints, and production schedules 

  • Operate and safely handle power tools, including torque wrenches and other hand tools 

  • Maintain consistent production output while meeting quality standards 

  • Perform visual and functional inspections of assembled frames 

  • Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company safety policies 

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area 

  • Report equipment issues, safety concerns, or quality defects to lead 

  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals 

  • Load and unload assembly cells using electric-pallet mover 

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent. 

  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry materials in accordance with OSHA lifting guidelines 

  • Familiarity with power tools, including torque wrenches and basic hand tools 

  • Experience working in a high-pace, mass production or manufacturing environment preferred 

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks 

  • Strong attention to detail, commitment to quality, and detecting anomalies. 

  • Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to follow written and verbal instructions 

  • Reliable attendance and punctuality 

  • Moves objects weighing up to 50 pounds
