About this role

Propósito del puesto:

Rol de Desarrollo de Negocio responsable de trasladar internamente los planes de crecimiento de los fabricantes (vendors) y ejecutarlos en segmentos estratégicos específicos. Trabaja en coordinación con Marketing para la gestión de fondos de desarrollo de negocio (MDF) y con los equipos comerciales para identificar y desarrollar oportunidades especializadas.

Responsabilidades:

  • Impulsar el crecimiento rentable de la cuota de mercado ejecutando la estrategia de la unidad de negocio.

  • Negociar licitaciones clave y grandes acuerdos, con conocimiento de los productos y servicios del fabricante asignado.

  • Maximizar resultados impulsando las ventas del portfolio asignado e identificando nuevas oportunidades de negocio.

  • Elaborar propuestas comerciales, recopilando información del cliente y definiendo un enfoque adecuado según sus necesidades.

  • Llevar al mercado soluciones y servicios, incluyendo TaaS.

  • Liderar la planificación y ejecución trimestral del negocio con el fabricante.

  • Gestionar la relación global con los fabricantes.

  • Aportar valor al cliente manteniendo los márgenes esperados y un mix de producto equilibrado.

  • Dar soporte a los equipos de ventas para incrementar la cuota de mercado y la participación en el cliente.

  • Desarrollar y mantener relaciones sólidas con fabricantes y otros stakeholders, posicionando a TD SYNNEX como asesor de confianza.

  • Garantizar el uso continuo de las herramientas CRM para asegurar la continuidad y calidad del negocio.

  • Mantener un conocimiento actualizado de los productos y servicios del fabricante asignado.

  • Comprender y comunicar eficazmente la propuesta de valor de TD SYNNEX en función de las necesidades del cliente.

Conocimientos, habilidades y experiencia:

  • Capacidad para comprender la dirección estratégica del negocio y sus desafíos.

  • Habilidades de comunicación efectivas con clientes, tanto verbal como escrita.

  • Capacidad de influencia y persuasión.

  • Gestión autónoma del trabajo.

  • Habilidad para construir relaciones a distintos niveles de la organización.

  • Alta energía, iniciativa y motivación.

  • Entre 1 y 3 años de experiencia en el sector IT, trabajando con fabricantes o canal de distribución en funciones de desarrollo de negocio, ventas o marketing de producto.

  • Experiencia en venta de soluciones y servicios.

  • Capacidad de planificación estratégica y desarrollo de casos de negocio.

  • Experiencia trabajando en entornos matriciales.

  • Capacidad demostrada para trabajar de forma autónoma en entornos externos.

  • Experiencia en planificación de negocio con una fuerte orientación operativa.

  • Nivel de inglés conversacional imprescindible para interactuar con fabricantes, stakeholders y equipos internacionales.
