Als Batch Log Auditor ben je verantwoordelijk voor het controleren en beoordelen van batchdocumentatie om ervoor te zorgen dat productieprocessen voldoen aan interne kwaliteitsstandaarden, GMP-richtlijnen en geldende wet- en regelgeving. Je analyseert complexe productiegegevens, signaleert afwijkingen en ondersteunt bij het waarborgen van de kwaliteit en integriteit van onze producten.

Je werkt zelfstandig binnen vastgestelde procedures en richtlijnen, maar bent in staat om afwijkingen te beoordelen en passende acties voor te stellen wanneer nodig. Met jouw kritische blik draag je direct bij aan een veilige, efficiënte en compliant productieomgeving.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Uitvoeren van audits op batchrecords, batchlogs en bijbehorende productiedocumentatie.

  • Controleren van documentatie op volledigheid, juistheid en naleving van GMP-richtlijnen en interne procedures.

  • Signaleren, onderzoeken en documenteren van afwijkingen, tekortkomingen en inconsistenties.

  • Analyseren van complexe gegevens en identificeren van trends of terugkerende aandachtspunten.

  • Samenwerken met Productie, Quality Assurance en andere betrokken afdelingen om documentatievraagstukken op te lossen.

  • Zorgdragen voor een tijdige afronding van batch reviews ter ondersteuning van productvrijgave.

  • Bijdragen aan continue verbeteringen van documentatieprocessen en compliance-activiteiten.

  • Opstellen van rapportages en ondersteunen bij interne en externe audits.

Wat breng jij mee?

Opleiding

  • Een afgeronde HBO-opleiding is een pre, maar je hebt minimaal een afgeronde MBO-4 diploma.

Ervaring

  • Minimaal 1 jaar relevante werkervaring binnen een gereguleerde productieomgeving.

  • Ervaring met documentcontrole, kwaliteitsprocessen of GMP-werkwijzen is een pré.

  • Ervaring met het beoordelen en verwerken van complexe administratieve gegevens.
