We're seeking engaging, hospitality-driven individuals to join our team as Bartenders at our brand new BBQ restauraunt, Home Plate. More than serving beverages, you'll help create memorable experiences in a welcoming environment where Residents, families, guests, and Team Members can gather, connect, and enjoy exceptional service.

Position Details
Schedule:
- Part-Time
- 2-3 days/week
- 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM (closing time varies based on business needs)
- Schedule could vary and may include:
- Weekends
- Holidays
Pay:
- $10.00-$12.50/hour, based on experience + tips

What You'll Do
As a Bartender, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional beverage service while creating a warm, friendly, and welcoming atmosphere for our Residents and guests.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting guests and taking beverage orders
- Presenting drink menus, making recommendations, and answering questions about beverages
- Mixing cocktails and beverages according to company standards
- Ensuring timely, accurate, and friendly service
- Checking guest identification to verify age requirements for alcohol purchases
- Building relationships with guests and recognizing regular patrons
- Following all cash handling procedures
- Maintaining a fully stocked and organized bar area
- Serving snacks and light food items to bar guests
- Preparing drink garnishes
- Washing and sterilizing glassware
- Demonstrating extensive knowledge of food, beverage, menu, and promotional offerings
- Maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment
- Performing other duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
- At least one year of bartending experience
- An outgoing personality and positive attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A commitment to outstanding customer service
- Ability to build relationships with Residents, families, guests, and Team Members
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for creating memorable guest experiences
