Bartender o Bar manager tendrá la misión de preparar los cocteles de autor y clásicos para el restaurante Austral y para el bar lounge. Llevará el control de su stock, y la máxima experiencia a nuestros clientes de Austral. Cercano a sus clientes para lograr leer sus preferencias Requisitos -Estudios de coctelería -Ingles y español como idiomas ( excluyentes) -Conocimientos de PR y APPC -Buena presencia y excelente comunicación -Experiencia en bares de restaurantes y /o coctelerías Ventajas -Buen horario, excelente nivel de clientes y muy buen ambiente laboral. -Trabajas en el mejor barrio de Madrid, Grupo gastronómico en expansión. -40 horas y 2 días libres a la semana.
