In Case You Don’t Know Who We Are

Known for being the rule breakers in hospitality, TSH is a fun, creative and inspiring environment where everyone can work, stay, learn and play and most importantly – be themselves. As an employer we look, act and think like a hotel, but instead we offer a lot more. Think student accommodation, long and short stay options, gyms, talks, events, rooftop bar and eat & drink escapes as well as community and coworking spaces. Located in The Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Italy, France, Spain, Portugal, and the UK, with several new openings on the way, this hybrid hospitality concept may take root in the heart of Europe, but our plans are set for going global.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and serve a wide range of drinks, from expertly crafted cocktails to quality non-alcoholic options, with total consistency and flair.
• Deliver warm, engaging service that makes every guest feel at home from the moment they sit down.
• Bring Clubhouse's signature beverage programme to life, maintaining high quality standards across every pour.
• Jump in to support food service and floor operations whenever the team needs a hand.
• Share menu knowledge and event info with guests to help them get the most out of the TSH experience.
• Keep the bar clean, organised, stocked, and running smoothly behind the scenes.
• Support event setup and service, helping turn Clubhouse into the ultimate gathering spot.

What You’ll Have

• You bring 1 to 2 years of bartending or hospitality experience, though a great attitude and passion count for just as much.
• You have a genuine love for drinks, mixology, and low- or no-alcohol serves.
• You bring excitement to learn world-class techniques from leading industry professionals.
• You have strong communication skills and a natural, friendly way with people.
• You bring the ability to multitask smoothly when the bar gets busy.
• You are fluent in English, and any extra languages are a great bonus.
• You have the flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and varied shifts.
