Job Description

As Bar & Waiting Staff, you’ll be key to creating unforgettable moments for customers, whether you’re pouring a pint or recommending the perfect drink to a customer after a long day, you’ll keep the good times flowing. You’ll be joining a fun and inclusive team, where you can grow and strengthen your skills and experience.

Role Overview

The White Rabbit is seeking a passionate, high-energy Front of House Server with proven experience in busy, fast-turnaround environments. This role requires exceptional multitasking abilities and a positive attitude during peak dining hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage busy stations smoothly during high-volume breakfast, lunch, and dinner services.
• Deliver energetic hospitality to both regular local guests and seasonal tourists.
• Maintain fast ticket times by working closely with the kitchen and bar staff.
• Anticipate guest needs and resolve service issues quickly with a solutions-oriented mindset.

Requirements

• Proven track record in high-volume restaurant or busy pub settings.
• Strong physical stamina to thrive during demanding, fast-paced shifts.
• Flexible availability to work a dynamic rota including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
