Job Description
- Lead, train, and develop the bar team through coaching and performance reviews.
- Deliver exceptional bar service that enhances guest satisfaction and creates memorable experiences.
- Oversee all daily bar operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Manage inventory, purchasing, stock control, and storage procedures.
- Create and maintain effective stock management and cost-control strategies.
- Ensure the bar is fully staffed, well-equipped, and prepared for daily operations.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and motivating team environment.
- Maintain a safe, and welcoming atmosphere for both guests and staff.
- Implement and monitor operational standards, SOPs, and quality procedures at all times.
- Review sales performance, optimize stock rotation, and maintain profitability targets.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and Food & Beverage regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience as a Bar Manager
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and stock control procedures.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication skills with a professional and approachable attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent English.
- EU citizenship.
