Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale is seeking a talented Banquet Cook 2 to join our dynamic culinary team! In this role, you’ll help create unforgettable dining experiences for events of every style — from elegant weddings under the desert sky to high-energy corporate celebrations.
As a Cook 2 in Banquets, you’ll showcase your creativity, precision, and passion for excellence while preparing dishes that reflect the world-class standards of Four Seasons. This mid-level position is perfect for a culinary professional ready to grow their skills in a fast-paced, team-driven environment where every plate tells a story.
What you will do
Preparing food following recipe cards as well as following production, portion and presentation standards
Completing mise en place and set up stations
What you bring
Great attitude as well 2-5 years previous culinary experience and/or culinary degree
Must be able to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
Valid Maricopa County Food Handler’s Card required
