A área de Banking Solutions atua como suporte especializado para os Bankers e clientes do segmento Private Banking (High e Ultra-high), sendo responsável pela condução de processos transacionais, operacionais e comerciais relacionados aos produtos e serviços bancários.
Aqui seu papel será:
- Atuar como ponto de apoio aos Bankers em demandas operacionais e comerciais;
- Realizar atendimento direto ao cliente por telefone;
- Executar e acompanhar processos transacionais relacionados a produtos bancários;
- Apoiar clientes em operações de investimentos, câmbio, cartões, seguros e crédito;
- Realizar contatos ativos para acompanhamento de demandas operacionais e oportunidades comerciais;
- Garantir qualidade e agilidade no atendimento ao cliente Private;
- Gerenciar múltiplas demandas simultaneamente, assegurando correta priorização das atividades;
Para esse papel valorizamos:
- CPA-20 obrigatória
- Inglês e/ou espanhol desejável
- Conhecimento do ecossistema bancário e produtos financeiros
- Excelente comunicação verbal e escrita
- Capacidade de relacionamento interpessoal
- Organização e gestão de prioridades
- Proatividade e autonomia
