Job Description
As a Business Service Agent, you will support the Account Management team and help ensure a smooth and efficient after-sales process. You will communicate directly with our b2b merchants, understand their needs and provide solutions. You will predominantly focus on payment-related matters.
Main Duties:
- Support the Account Management team with various administrative and operational tasks, focussed on debt collection.
- Handle a mix of inbound and outbound calls with customers and merchants – no sales or acquisition involved.
- Identify customers' needs, clarify information, investigate issues and provide appropriate solutions.
- Contact merchants to remind them about payment terms and follow up when needed.
- Keep customers informed and ensure their requests are handled in a timely manner.
- Create and update instructions and guidelines for different processes.
- Work closely with internal teams in an international environment, to ensure a smooth after-sales experience.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in customer service, administration, back office or a similar role.
- You are comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and enjoy helping them find solutions.
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
- You work accurately, efficiently and can manage multiple tasks at the same time.
- You are able to work independently and structure your workload effectively.
- You have a process-oriented and solution-focused approach.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Additional information
The place of work will be at the headquarters of AUTO1 Group, Rruga e Kavajes, Tirane and the shifts provide a total of 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday.
