Now, we're looking for B-Pressure Rig Welders who want to join a crew where your skills are valued, your growth is supported, and your expertise helps strengthen everyone around you. 

FLINT is seeking Journeyperson B-Pressure Rig Welders for a temporary job in Carseland, AB starting October 13th 2026 ending December 31st, 2026.  In this position, you will enjoy a Monday to Thursday schedule, 10 hour workdays, and benefits after 300+ hours worked.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a construction setting.
  • Valid Journeyperson Welder certificate/ticket.
  • Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements:
    • CSTS-2020
    • WHMIS
  • Possess the mandatory welding tickets:
    • B-Pressure
    • Tig Stainless Steel 
  • Must have a fully equipped welding truck with valid registration and insurance.
  • Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions.
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.

Additional Information

This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
